Are you off to Stoupa also next year I really do miss not going over the last few years.

Haven't managed to book anything for September in Stoupa yet Jean, mainly because of lack of flights available and the extortionate cost. I am waiting for Jet2 to announce flights to Kalamata from Birmingham, which may be pie in the sky but word has it they have bought all Thomas Cook's flight slots up so we must wait and see. That's the plan for now anyway.....fingers crossed!

Thank you. Ideally Jet 2 would set up flights to Kalamata from East Midlands Airport, which is half an hour down the road from us. We live in hope!!!

There's certainly some quite strange weather about....a fair bit of snow in parts of Gloucestershire this morning!

Boxing Day in our family means a huge buffet lunch followed by a walk round the lake in the big park.

After the big day, Boxing Day tends to be a fairly low key affair!

Well on Christmas day everyone has more than enough to eat.

We are normally still eating turkey well after boxing Day,

It's surprising how many recipes there are for turkey leftovers.....better than eating it cold.
