...I think a ban might be a trifle mild given the severity of the transgression. (especially as this was an aggravated crime with the reference to "real chips").

Well, some places are very particular the way things are served, but look beyond the plate and there are some bits of a map ( I have helpfully airbrushed out the useful placenames which would be a dead giveaway)
