I hope it's evenly baked and not burnt on one side.

I quite like a dark crust. It gives a bit of a kick to the taste.

I always cut my crusts off if over cooked.

I like a golden colour crust.

Obviously we are all different in our preferences!!

There’s a baker in Brighton that sells lovely bread!

My granddaughters bought me a bread-maker for Christmas
I've just lightly baked my first loaf. (fingers crossed it's ok)

There must be a lovely smell of baking in your house then!

You obviously know my weaknesses Jean! Too much bread and butter can put inches on the waistline though.

It’s depressing to see it expanding.

Perhaps it's time to widen our horizons as well.......and join Weight Watchers!
