Which self-confessed cricket aficionado (and these are not the exact words, otherwise it is too easy) compared a cricket bat to a dance floor and went on to describe how if you did it properly the ball would whiz to the boundary with just a slight tap, but if you got it wrong, the ball would go next to nowhere and having dropped the cricket bat you'd jump around shouting oww!

I can understand you making the link, but no - this person is a cricket fan rather than a cricketer.

And whilst on the subject of Mark Ramprakash, I have played against him and while I didn't get him out I did keep him quiet but then again he was only 15 or so at the time!
