They are not Greek!! Although some of them might very well be Greek citizens. But they are on a Greek island!!

Near enough, it is the Garden of the Murad Reis Turkish Cemetery which I believe is just outside the old Town of Rhodes - but I could be wrong with its position!! I assumed it was the Turkish Cemetery which is next to the Catholic one and the Greek one
