When we were kids and on holiday around there it was a real treat to travel on this tiny railway. One day, on the return journey, the coaches were full so they let us travel in the guards van LOL so there was my mum and dad, my aunt and uncle and I think, 5 kids at that time, all crammed in this guards van which was only big enough for the kids to stand up in!!! A memory you never forget
It was a very cheap day out in those days, not so commercial, sadly those days have passed

Is it Leslie Thomas, the author? Although, thinking about it, he hasn't appeared in any films that I know of............ and, er....um, he's still alive!!!
