Well I did a Goggle on ArKadia and came up with Stemnitsa. I have never been anywhere near there so I am doing a stab in the dark. Am I warm?

Much further south than Tripoli. This road cuts across the mountains, starting from Leonidio.You have to get it from that!

Haven't been there Chris, it was a lucky guess!
I am currently reading Victoria Hislop's latest book, "Cartes Postales from Greece." One of the stories is from Arkadia..... I remembered that Kosmas is mentioned as being a village high in the mountains. Cool

Now then, wait patiently please while I search for another.........

Not sure if "Cartes Postales from Greece" is out in paperback yet.....my copy is hardback, which somebody bought me for Christmas. Cool

Have you read "The Thread", another good one, set in Thessaloniki?
