The Secret of a Longer Life

M operated a flight to Teheran earlier in the week and an elderly Iranian gentleman was telling him, the secret of his longevity - this included taking iced baths once a day, only having one meal per day at 7.00 in the evening and total abstinence from alcohol, tea and coffee and he finished by telling M that he had been born in 1922. M responded with "my Grandad certainly hasn't done any of that and he was born the year before you were!"

Same age as Carol's parents, and they have never done that either.
Especially the iced baths.
