Skiathos Town - The Bourtzi just out of shot to the right, and the church on the top of the hill out of shot and upwards to the left.

Yes John is right. This was our one and only time on Skiathos, having to land there to get a boat to the Pelion. A very swift getaway from the airport.

I think Skiathos actually gets a worse press than it deserves - we had some good times there when our two were much younger.

So, where's this?

What I actually meant was that once landed, we had our quickest ever clearance through an airport. From landing, collecting our luggage and boarding the coach was about 10 mins!!!!

Sorry - I thought you meant, you couldn't wait to get away!

I think son M and I beat your time out of the airport by more than a little when we did our day trip with just hand luggage.
