Of course, although it was very small, brown and very quick so it is difficult to be sure, isn't it Question

If I had to decide I would probably say it was a weasel, I've seen a stoat in the wild before and it looked different.

I am too, and |I once saw a weasel or s stoat in our garden but I was never sure which, I think the droppings we get on the top of stones are weasel's. anyone else know how to identify them?

Oh, I love raspberries but we don't grow them.

I was watching squirrels today in St James's Park.  They were very tame.  I also saw a disgruntled looking heron and some geese.  Our apple tree didn't produce many apples this year.  Did anyone get a good crop Question

Re apples.....our early apples produced lots of fruit, but the October crop isn't so good. Something to do with frost at blossom time do you think Question

(Our robins are always around, but sadly not tame like yours Susie!)

Probably Joy,although our cooking apples are cropping well right now, did you have severe frost while they were in blossom?

Not all that severe, but it may have been too cold for pollinating insects at the time. Or do you think the trees are taking a rest this year Question
