Is it that artificial stuff they spray over wounds to protect them after an operation?

Yes Jean, that's about it.  It's called a caul.

A school friend of mine was born with a caul still over her head.  Her Mum had kept the dried membrane and I remember her showing it to me....it looked just like the one in the picture.   Apparently it's quite a rare thing and it's supposed to bring luck to the child, which was obviously why she'd kept it!

Your go again Jean..... Very Happy

I have very recently seen a picture of a dried Umbilical Cord handcrafted into a framed picture, it was made into the word "Love" in joined up writing, it was very beautiful and quite touching!

Yes, a brilliant set of answers Susie, sorry for the delay in replying.

You had far more detail about the feet, all I have is that there are no blood vessels in their feet.

I had Friday 13th March, Donald's Birthday in "Donald's Happy Birthday".

Further details regarding June 9th, the date Donald first appeared in the 1934 Cartoon "The Wise Little Hen". This is the film release date and is recognised by the Walt Disney Company as Donald's Official Birthday.

From what I remember reading about the third eyelid, it shuts sideways and acts like a pair of goggles!   Shocked   Laughing

Over to you now Susie, when you are ready! Very Happy
