KRIT cars  1909-1916 based in Detroit
They used the "crossed S " ( Swastika ) design before it was used by the Nazi party ( it`s a very ancient symbol anyway )

I guess what`s shown here is a part of the car, possibly the manufacture`s emblem or insignia ?

Spock was due to be married by a Vulcan elder called T`Pau but the ceremony did not happen
I believe the group T`Pau took their name from this fictitional person
