Just got this one

Dear Prospective Partner,

I am writing to you on behalf of Mr. Hosni Mubarak. My name is Mr. Hamza Motatah
and I am a top Executive Manager here at the Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt

My friend Mr. Hosni Mubarak has presented a subtle offer, which will need the help of a partner like you to complete successfully. 'Bob Servant' is the one for taking these guys on. His book 'Delete This at Your Peril' is hilarious, and there was another interchange of his with a scammer this week in the Grauniad:
